Kids Programs
(Lil Ninjas) Ages 3-5
With age specific requirements, the Lil Ninja's program is developed for your child to become a better learner through basic martial arts movements. Working on hand-eye coordination, balance, core strength, mobility, mental focus and more, this program is a great introduction to martial arts and the many benefits that come with training at such a young age in a safe, structured, environment.
(Warriors) Ages 6-8
Our youth program teaches your child Karate as well as self-respect, self control, and self discipline. Through high energy classes, your child will be better able to protect themselves with practical self defense, develop better attitudes in life, and develop a goal setting mindset in everything they set to accomplish.
(Junior/Teens) Ages 9-12
Our Teens program is designed to meet your child's needs in this very important transition phase in their lives with martial arts training that is specific for their ages. With a stronger focus on self-defense and fitness, students will learn practical self-defense skills to better protect themselves and learn the importance of good fitness. Classes are also focused on character training and becoming better both physically and emotionally in all aspect of their lives. We want our students set up for success in everything they wish to accomplish in life!
